In May 1999, Ms. Cynthia High-Fischmann graduated with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. In May 1999, she earned an executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Ms. High-Fidschmann has since taken an HR position with Kodak; in December 2003, she worked as the VP of global human resources at Kodak Asia Pacific. At the time, a human resources director was sent to Shanghai.
