HR President at 3M Asia Pacific

John Nesheim currently serves as the Human Resources President and Director in the Asia Pacific region.  He graduated with a BA from St. Olaf College and with Master of Education from the University of Minnesota. He led 3M’s Human Resources Operations for the entire Asia-Pacific region. Before he joined 3M China, he worked as a human resources manager. He  has served as an Organizational Effectiveness Senior Consultant in 3M Industrial Products Division in Sao Paulo and in the United States he was Head of Human Resources for the 3M Medical Products Division, and also served as the organizational efficiency analyst at 3M Industrial Products Division in St. Paul, Minnesota. Now he also served as the council director at Shanghai Concordia International Language Schools.
