VP of HR at Schaeffler

Ms. bloom has accumulated over 15 years of experience in multinational human resources. She presently serves as the vice president of human resources at Schaeffler, where she is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies.  Her work covers organizational development, personnel recruitment and training, staff training and vocational education , talent retention and corporate culture, employer branding, corporate administration, and employee health and safety. In 1993, Ms. Bloom graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English from East China University of Science and Technology. In 2007, she graduated with a MBA from Fudan University. Now she is currently studying at Tsinghua-INSEAD EMBA program.

  1. Great to see another woman doing well within the auto industry - and no surprises that she works for Schaeffler. With Maria-Elisabeth Schaeffler at the helm, plus her son Georg, both with a full appreciation of the talents and power of a woman in the workplace - and as I am myself, working in a predominately male business, I am sure that Ms Bloom will continue to succeed. Good luck to you Ms Bloom - it is women like you that give female school leavers the inspiration to look outside the box for a career.
