Mr. Yuan Jianhua:

In July 2003, Mr. Yuan Jianhua joined Manpower Group China. In July 2009, he was then appointed Managing Director in charge of overseeing Manpower Group’s business operations and strategic development for Mainland China. During his tenure at Manpower, Yuan Jiianhua earned several promotions due to his keen business acumen and excellent leadership skills. These positions included the roles of Commercial Director, Government Affairs Director, and Operations Director of Manpower Group in China’s organizational system. In those previous positions, Mr. Yuan was responsible for regional development, government relations, financial management and related operations. Through these jobs, he became familiar with market rules and regulation as related to employment services, financial management, and government relations in China. In addition to the experience he accumulated in the course of his original profession, he also amassed professional accomplishments in other fields as well. Under the leadership of Mr. Yuan Jianhua, Manpower Group (China), the Chinese central and local governments established collaborative efforts designed to share knowledge and work experience, improve entrepreneurship evaluation, incorporate international experience, and more effectively acquired talent. Mr. Yuan Jianhua graduated from Fudan University with an MBA and a CPA. He is a highly qualified professional accountant in China.
