Managing Director at XEROX China


Between 1980 and 1990, Wu Zhuang worked at Xerox (XEROX) headquarters, where she was in charge of marketing, personnel administration, finance, and maintenance services in the western United States region. Her work focused on the areas of telecommunications and other business.  Ever since 1985, Ms. Wu has been assigned to the Xerox Asia Pacific and China business. In 1985, she participated in Xerox's joint venture with Shanghai where she negotiated and achieved success turning the project into the company’s largest joint venture. In 1987, she took on the newly created role of Managing Director of Xerox Corporation in Shanghai. 
In 1990, Ms. Wu founded a consulting firm in order to take on management operations in Greater China. In 1996, she opened up an office in Shanghai.  In 1998, she was appointed as the Executive Director for the US-led Management Research Center in China (including Hong Kong). In June 2002, she formally incorporated wholly foreign-owned companies into Xerox. Over the years, Ms. Wu has tirelessly pursued wisdom and faith and she has positioned herself to take on the role of becoming a world-class manager and decision-maker. With Ms. Wu’s outstanding professional experience in business, she has demonstrated the ability to integrate Eastern and Western culture, and she has made strong use and dissemination of results-oriented approaches to leadership. Based on Wu's excellence in training and extensive experience, in 2001, she was elected to the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce Education and Training Committee. In 2002, she was elected to serve as a director with the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Wu graduated with an MBA from Saint Mary's University in California.
