Miss Zhang Younuo currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Operations Officer at MetLife Insurance. She is responsible for developing MetLife HR strategies and for the strategy execution. Under the umbrella of HR projects, she designs organizational and talent development modules that support business expansion.
During her tenure, she has helped to facilitate the merging of United MetLife and Metlife. She has nearly 18 years of human resources management experience. Currently, she is the Asia Pacific head of human resources for several multinational companies. Ms. Zhang has a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She has also earned certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
