Hong Jianghai currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Jin Jiang International Hotel Management. His responsibilities include developing a comprehensive customer service training programs and implementing important generation and development of human capital management strategies. He is responsible for designing and developing communication plans for key staff members within the organization. At the same time, he is also involved in designing and planning human resource strategies for human capital deployed to the overseas market in order to promote employees’ professional growth and development. Designing and creating international compensation and benefit plans for the global workforce is an important part of human resources strategies. Prior to joining Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Limited, Mr. Hong Jianghai worked for Starwood Hotels Group Asia Pacific regional groupings and also as the director of cultural development at the Marriott, Intercontinental Hotel and also as a member of senior management at Raffles Hotel. Hong Jianghai, graduated from the University of Massachusetts, where he eared a BA with honors in Hotel Management. He won a number of awards from the Lausanne Hotel Management School and the Singapore Institute of Hotel Management Training.
