　Feng Li currently serves as Leadership Principal Consultant at Vanke, as Chief Leadership Consultant at Aon Consulting Greater China, Chief LeadershipConsultant for the magazines, "The Economic Observer", "Sina Finance", and "Commercial War Masters." Since 1999, he has worked in three international leadership consulting agencies. He was a former director of the Gallup study, a PDI senior leadership consultant, and a Hay (Hay Group) China District Leadership Evaluation Officer. "Designing leadership development evaluation" is Feng Li’s unique philosophy in the field of leadership development.  Feng Li’s assessment and counseling with regard to the management of a large number of people from different cultural backgrounds and who possess varying levels and kinds of leadership talent has won him recognition from a number for major corporations, including Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, and Lafarge.  He graduated with a BS from Peking University Department of Psychology and with a PhD in Psychology from the University of Hong Kong in 1998.
