Miss Zhang Weihong is the Director of Human Resources at Amway Commodity Co., LTD.   She started her human resources career in 1993, when she joined Amway (China) Commodity Co. In total, she has accumulated 16 years of experience working in the human resources field. She has been responsible for designing and implementing staff training and development, corporate culture, and talent management. She has accumulated a wealth of practical and management experience. Ms. Zhang is primarily responsible for Amway China’s talent acquisition and engagement management. She plays an important role in the headquarters’ functions on behalf of human resources for business partners.  She has helped to develop the company's internal and external employer brand in order to attract and retain talent, to enhance organizational efficiency, and support cohesion so as to support the company's long-term business development.
