Xiao Na
Since February 2011,
Mr. Xiao Nan has served as the Director of Human Resources at JP Morgan China.
Before he took on this position at JP Morgan China, he served as an Executive
Human Resources Director of Morgan Stanley Hong Kong and also as the Human
Resources Executive Director of Gao Hua Securities Company Limited in Beijing, the
Human Resources Executive Director and, finally, as the Director of Human
Resources China International Capital Corporation Limited. Mr. Xiao Nan holds a
degree in Management Education from the University of Reading. In 2001, he won
the Hong Kong China Staff magazine’s award for Beijing region's best human
resources manager. In 2004, he won the "Mundell World Executive CHO
Achievement Award"
