HR President at 3M Asia Pacific


John Nesheim currently serves as the Human Resources President and Director in the Asia Pacific region.  He graduated with a BA from St. Olaf College and with Master of Education from the University of Minnesota. He led 3M’s Human Resources Operations for the entire Asia-Pacific region. Before he joined 3M China, he worked as a human resources manager. He  has served as an Organizational Effectiveness Senior Consultant in 3M Industrial Products Division in Sao Paulo and in the United States he was Head of Human Resources for the 3M Medical Products Division, and also served as the organizational efficiency analyst at 3M Industrial Products Division in St. Paul, Minnesota. Now he also served as the council director at Shanghai Concordia International Language Schools.

Ms. bloom has accumulated over 15 years of experience in multinational human resources. She presently serves as the vice president of human resources at Schaeffler, where she is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies.  Her work covers organizational development, personnel recruitment and training, staff training and vocational education , talent retention and corporate culture, employer branding, corporate administration, and employee health and safety. In May 1999, Ms. Cynthia High-Fischmann graduated with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. In 1998, Mr. Bao Peng founded the Vanguard and he now serves as CEO of the company. He has ten years of experience in designing and developing information technology strategies for human resources management at the corporate level. HR Manager at IKEA Greater China

  
In 1988, Mr. Chang Yang graduated with a degree in Celestial Physics from Beijing University. After which, he served as an English language teacher in the training department at Ren Yingwen Hotel.  After he completed his service at the hotel, he served as an HR manager at Bausch & Lomb. Chang Yang left Bausch & Lomb when he was hired as the HR manager for San Miguel China, and he later took positions as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at France Boolean Computer Group, and later he served as a Compensation & Benefits Manager for Nokia's global management team. In 2003, Mr. Chang joined IKEA as China Regional Human Resources Manager.

Miao Qing currently serves as a general manager for Kronos Greater China.  He plays important roles in overseeing the company’s overall strategy, operations, and team building. HR VP at Walmart China

Miss Dai Qing has 20 years of experience in human resources management. She has professional consulting experience in the fields of recruitment, HR performance improvement, organizational change, and operational change.  She has accumulated many years of experience in employee evaluation, organizational development, and talent management, as well as other aspects of HR. Miss Dai Qing graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, after which she embarked upon her human resources career in Singapore.  She served in senior HR positions in Taobao, Unilever, L'Oreal and other domestic and foreign companies. Her geographic area of management includes the Greater China region and Asia Talent Management. She also worked in the world's largest management consulting firm, Accenture, and she gave technical service providers organizational consulting services.  She is a current VP in Walmart China.


Managing Director at XEROX China


Between 1980 and 1990, Wu Zhuang worked at Xerox (XEROX) headquarters, where she was in charge of marketing, personnel administration, finance, and maintenance services in the western United States region. Her work focused on the areas of telecommunications and other business.  Ever since 1985, Ms. Wu has been assigned to the Xerox Asia Pacific and China business. In 1985, she participated in Xerox's joint venture with Shanghai where she negotiated and achieved success turning the project into the company’s largest joint venture. In 1987, she took on the newly created role of Managing Director of Xerox Corporation in Shanghai. 
In 1990, Ms. Wu founded a consulting firm in order to take on management operations in Greater China. In 1996, she opened up an office in Shanghai.  In 1998, she was appointed as the Executive Director for the US-led Management Research Center in China (including Hong Kong). In June 2002, she formally incorporated wholly foreign-owned companies into Xerox. Over the years, Ms. Wu has tirelessly pursued wisdom and faith and she has positioned herself to take on the role of becoming a world-class manager and decision-maker. With Ms. Wu’s outstanding professional experience in business, she has demonstrated the ability to integrate Eastern and Western culture, and she has made strong use and dissemination of results-oriented approaches to leadership. Based on Wu's excellence in training and extensive experience, in 2001, she was elected to the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce Education and Training Committee. In 2002, she was elected to serve as a director with the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Wu graduated with an MBA from Saint Mary's University in California.

In July 2003, Mr. Yuan Jianhua joined Manpower Group China. MetLife Insurance China Chief Human Resources Operations Officer

Miss Zhang Younuo currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Operations Officer at MetLife Insurance. She is responsible for developing MetLife HR strategies and for the strategy execution. Under the umbrella of HR projects, she designs organizational and talent development modules that support business expansion.

 During her tenure, she has helped to facilitate the merging of United MetLife and Metlife. She has nearly 18 years of human resources management experience. Lenovo Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Qiao Jian  Lenovo presently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lenovo. Her job requires her to be responsible for managing human resources, guiding organizational development, and nurturing the company’s culture. Prior to her assuming this HR leadership role, Ms. Qiao worked in various senior leadership positions at the company, including: Senior Vice President of Strategy and Planning and Vice President of Human Resources in China. In her current role, Qiao Jian (Gina) is responsible for designing, developing, and managing Lenovo’s global HR strategy, global organizational development, international recruitment, global compensation and benefits management, and corporate culture training.


Prior to serving as the leader of HR at Lenovo, Ms. Qiao worked closely with the board and Executive Committee at Lenovo in managing the company’s global strategic sectors and promoting Lenovo's global business strategy. These strategies helped Lenovo to develop business goals designed specifically to move its business in a clearer direction.

Between 2004 and 2008, Ms. Qiao was in charge of integrating disparate human resource departments and corporate cultures into one entity in the aftermath of Lenovo acquiring a large company. She had initially joined Lenovo in 1990, after which she served in a variety of different business sector roles. She worked in the brand promotion department for nine years, and she established a Lenovo marketing system for promoting the Lenovo brand value, so as to improve the company’s visibility and reputation significantly.

In 1990, Qiao Jian graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor of Management. In 2006, she earned EMBA from the China Europe International Business School.  Forbes magazine listed her as one of "China's 25 Most Influential Women in Business." In both 2012 and 2013 she won "China Entrepreneur" magazine's "Business Mulan - China's Most Influential Women in Business" award.
