Yang Min is the current VP of HR for Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technology Asia Pacific.  She has sixteen years of HR management experience in multinational corporations as well as in local enterprise management. She specializes in talent development training, organizational capacity improvement, corporate culture construction and development, performance management and reward systems. She leads the HR team at Ingersoll Rand in China and the Asia Pacific region; in this capacity she develops training programs for rapidly developing a large number of talented people. In the year since she assumed HR leadership, there has been an improvement in the organizational leadership abilities of the enterprises. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and an MBA from Fudan University.
