As of 2005, Mr. Li Gang served as Director of HR in Jia Rude Degussa China Investment Co Ltd. He is currently a Director of HR at Evonik Degussa (China) Investment Co., Ltd. He graduated with a BS in International Economic Management from Nankai University. He has worked at Motorola, Brilliance Auto and other well-known domestic and foreign enterprises. He is responsible for different human resources role. In all of his HR positions, he incorporates theoretical and practical perspectives in developing better HR services. He led the Evonik Degussa HR team, where his efforts resulted in triple the corporate growth performance. This significant improvement is a result of his leadership in a strategic HR transition. The company won a number of industry recognitions, including the 2006 CCH Top "Best HR Strategy" Outstanding Professional Award. He also won "Shanghai Region's Top Employers" and the 2009 "Outstanding East Employer" from "Worry-Free Future." Finally, he was also recognized with the "2008 China Best HRM Companies" and "Best HR Strategy Model" awards.
