Director of HR Dow Chemical China

Miss Chen is the director of HR at Dow Greater China. She leads the human resources department in Greater China. As part of her HR services, she provides the highest quality human resources services and programs optimizing human capital investment in achieving and promoting the success of Dow's business development. Ever since April 2010, Miss Chen Yanli’s services for Dow China focused on Shanghai, China.  In April 2006, Chen Yan joined Dow as the HR staff mobility partner. In early 2007, she was promoted to lead HR staff mobility projects.  In November 2007, she began to take on more duties as an HR partner so as to support business expansion. In August 2008, in addition to taking on part-time staff mobility leadership roles, she served as the HR business partner in the Asia Pacific Marketing and Sales division. In May 2009, Miss Chen Yanli exited the mobility management team and she continued to serve as Dow HR business partners in the commercial sector of Dow. Since October 2009, she has simultaneously provided HR management support for the Dow Asia Pacific Services Group. Miss Chen Yanli received her BA in English Language and Literature from East China Normal University.
