Mr. Ye Aci: Ye currently serves as HR Chief Operating Officer for Standard Chartered Bank (China) Co., Ltd. and he previously served as the HR director of operation in Alcatel-Lucent (China region). He has 10 years of experience in human resources management that specializes in HR management strategy, operational efficiency, employee career planning and development, performance management, employee relations and other aspects of systematic research and experience in HR management. He earned his Doctor of Management at Fudan University and an MBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University. In addition to his daily management of HR, he served as a career mentor in Antai College Shanghai Jiaotong University, a career mentor in Shanghai University MBA Center, and a visiting lecturer in EDP Nanjing University EDP Centers and other social functions.
