Mr. Xu Jinsong is currently director of human resources in Alcatel-Lucent China. With 10 years of experience in human resources management, his responsibilities cover a number of functional jobs in China, which include talent planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment and staffing. He has extensive experience in HR strategic planning and execution in comprehensive product development divisions, Engineering Services Group, and HR management of International Business Group in Asia Pacific countries. He experienced a number of corporate restructurings and dealt with managing corporate restructuring and HR corporate transformation, integrating pay and benefits, determining cost and improving cost efficiency.
