Mr. Li Pinghai came from Singapore. He is now a VP of HR at Hilton Worldwide Greater China and Mongolia. He has over 20 years industry experience in the hospitality industry; he specialized in human resource management and development. He has very extensive experience in executing global strategies. Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide, he served as a Regional HR director at Swiss Hotels & Resorts, VP of HR at Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific and Senior VP of HR at Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company.
